  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare the grill for medium heat.
  2. Pat the ribs dry and rub them with olive oil.
  3. Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. For the oven, bake the ribs on a lined baking sheet for 1 hour; for the grill, cook for about 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  5. Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs with about 10 minutes left.
  6. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then serve with fresh herbs if desired.
