Instructions
- Heat vegetable and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped Bok Choy; sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
