- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and blueberries, being careful not to crush the berries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
