- 4 cups fresh blueberries (or 2 cups frozen blueberries)
- 1 cup sugar granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the blueberries evenly.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
