  • 4 cups fresh blueberries (or 2 cups frozen blueberries)
  • 1 cup sugar granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the blueberries evenly.
  • Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
