Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  • Layer the bottom of serving glasses with 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  • Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  • Follow with a layer of blueberries and repeat layers until glasses are filled.
  • Finish with extra blueberries on top for presentation.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
