- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon.
- Layer the bottom of serving glasses with 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Follow with a layer of blueberries and repeat layers until glasses are filled.
- Finish with extra blueberries on top for presentation.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
