  • 12 pieces fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Brie cheese, cream cheese, and blueberries. Mash together until well-blended.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and blueberry mixture.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
  • Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and breadcrumbs are golden.
  • If desired, drizzle honey over the hot poppers before serving.
