- 12 pieces fresh jalapeños
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Brie cheese, cream cheese, and blueberries. Mash together until well-blended.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and blueberry mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
- Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and breadcrumbs are golden.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the hot poppers before serving.
