- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and get your blender ready.
- Add the frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and spinach (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds. If you like it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
