Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your salmon. Pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then generously coat them with blackening seasoning.

  • While the salmon is cooking, prepare your wraps. Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  • Once the salmon is done, let it rest for a minute, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Layer the lettuce, salmon, and parmesan cheese on each tortilla. Add sliced cherry tomatoes if desired.
