- 1 pound fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Start by preparing your salmon. Pat it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then generously coat them with blackening seasoning.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s cooked through.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare your wraps. Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Once the salmon is done, let it rest for a minute, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the lettuce, salmon, and parmesan cheese on each tortilla. Add sliced cherry tomatoes if desired.
- Wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
