- 1 cup blackberries, fresh
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Start by rinsing the blackberries under cold water. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh arugula. This will be the base of your salad.
- Next, add the blackberries and diced avocado to the bowl with arugula.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and walnuts over the top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
