  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the Biscoff cookie butter until evenly distributed. If you’re adding chocolate chips, now’s the time to mix them in!
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
