- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the Biscoff cookie butter until evenly distributed. If you’re adding chocolate chips, now’s the time to mix them in!
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
