Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk the mixture well to avoid clumping. The chia seeds will start to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  • Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  • After the chia pudding has set, give it a good stir. You can add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
