  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced or grated)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your beef thinly against the grain.
  • Mix the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Stir-fry the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Return the beef to the pan, add oyster sauce, and stir to combine.
