Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 bell peppers ((red and yellow), cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced into thick rounds)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the cubed steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. This step is crucial for flavor!
- While the steak marinates, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Thread the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between the steak and the veggies for a colorful presentation.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it’s hot enough to give your kabobs that beautiful char.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the veggies are tender.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
