- 2 large store-bought flatbreads (about 10–12 inches each)
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked shredded chicken)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss shredded chicken with 1/3 cup BBQ sauce in a bowl until coated.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on each flatbread, leaving a small border.
- Top with BBQ-coated chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly.
- Add chopped bacon and red onion, then bake 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
- Let rest 2 minutes, drizzle ranch, garnish with cilantro, and slice to serve.
