  • 2 large store-bought flatbreads (about 10-12 inches each)
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked shredded chicken)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss shredded chicken with 1/3 cup BBQ sauce in a bowl until coated.
  • Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on each flatbread, leaving a small border.
  • Top with BBQ-coated chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly.
  • Add chopped bacon and red onion, then bake 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
