Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Sliced pickles (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 12 small patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty, allowing it to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare your slider buns by placing them on a baking sheet.
- Once the patties are done, place each one on a slider bun. Top with crumbled bacon and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
- Cover each slider with the top half of the bun and bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until heated through and the buns are slightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced pickles and parsley, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy every bite!
