A quick and flavorful salmon dish topped with a spicy mayo sauce.

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Spread half of the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon fillets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • During the last few minutes of baking, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly caramelized.
  • Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the salmon before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
