- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread half of the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- During the last few minutes of baking, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the salmon before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
