  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Mix until well blended.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the bowl, ensuring each piece is fully coated with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning, or use metal skewers.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil over the skewers to prevent sticking.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
  • Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
