- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Mix until well blended.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl, ensuring each piece is fully coated with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning, or use metal skewers.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil over the skewers to prevent sticking.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side if desired.
