- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
- Optional: crushed vanilla wafers for garnish
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the banana pudding mix, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and sliced bananas until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Once set, cut into squares and top with whipped cream and crushed vanilla wafers if desired.
