  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture onto each triangle.
  • Top with slices of banana, a sprinkle of brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the remaining brown sugar and cinnamon until it forms a sauce.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the rolled-up dough before baking.
