- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture onto each triangle.
- Top with slices of banana, a sprinkle of brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the remaining brown sugar and cinnamon until it forms a sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the rolled-up dough before baking.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly before serving.
