- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Make sure your cooking space is ready for a delicious meal!
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Season the haddock fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them in a baking dish.
