  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, broccoli, carrots, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
