- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, broccoli, carrots, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
