Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread seasoned cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
