Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread seasoned cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
