- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup Boursin cheese ((garlic and herb flavor recommended))
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- for garnish Fresh parsley ((optional))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the Boursin cheese generously over each salmon fillet, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
