  • 1 cup Boursin cheese ((garlic and herb flavor recommended))
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the Boursin cheese generously over each salmon fillet, spreading it evenly.
