- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- optional sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of your cups.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup, filling halfway.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream cheese filling, then top with more cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
