Delicious and easy-to-make Bacon Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Baguette Bombs, perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette
  • 8 ounces of cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise to create a pocket.
  3. Mix shrimp, bacon, cream cheese, garlic, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the filling into the baguette and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool, slice into pieces, and serve warm.
