- 1 large baguette
- 8 ounces of cooked shrimp, chopped
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise to create a pocket.
- Mix shrimp, bacon, cream cheese, garlic, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the filling into the baguette and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool, slice into pieces, and serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute shrimp with other proteins if desired.
