Instructions

- Assemble the quesadillas by placing cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon on one half of a tortilla, then fold it.
- Cook the quesadillas in butter or olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice into wedges, serve hot with salsa or hot sauce.
