Delicious and easy-to-make breakfast sliders that combine bacon, eggs, and cheese on a slider bun.

  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • spinach leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook until just set.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Layer each bun with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and spinach if using.
  • Top with the remaining bun halves and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
