- 6 slider buns
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- spinach leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook until just set.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer each bun with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and spinach if using.
- Top with the remaining bun halves and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
