Delicious bacon cheeseburger stuffed into crispy tater tot cones.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Waffle cones (as many as you have tater tots)
  • Optional: chopped lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake tater tots until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add bacon, onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef, then simmer.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  5. Mash the baked tater tots slightly and fill waffle cones with the beef mixture.
  6. Return stuffed cones to the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat through.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with lettuce and tomato, then serve.
