- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Waffle cones (as many as you have tater tots)
- Optional: chopped lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and bake tater tots until golden and crispy.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add bacon, onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef, then simmer.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
- Mash the baked tater tots slightly and fill waffle cones with the beef mixture.
- Return stuffed cones to the oven for 5-10 minutes to heat through.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with lettuce and tomato, then serve.
