Instructions
- Cook shrimp in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, mix avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Combine cooked shrimp with the salsa mixture, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with cilantro or lime wedges, and enjoy!
