- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

- to taste fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- to taste jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 pinch cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess.
- Add the lime juice immediately to prevent browning. Then mix in the chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic, and any optional ingredients you like.
- Add salt to taste. Make sure to taste as you go to ensure the perfect balance of flavors.
- Fold in cilantro or jalapeños at the end.
- Transfer your guacamole to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately, or cover it with plastic wrap to serve later.
