  • 1 medium apple (thinly sliced)
  • 12 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 handful arugula or spinach (for freshness)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  • Spread goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer apple slices on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle honey over the apples.
  • Add arugula or spinach.
  • Sprinkle nuts if desired.
  • Place the top half back on and press down.
  • Wrap in foil and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
