- 2 large buttery croissants
- 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
- 1 medium apple (thinly sliced)
- 1–2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 handful arugula or spinach (for freshness)
- optional walnuts or pecans (for crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer apple slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the apples.
- Add arugula or spinach.
- Sprinkle nuts if desired.
- Place the top half back on and press down.
- Wrap in foil and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
