Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Peel and slice apples, then toss with cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the blended mixture into a greased pie dish, layer apples, and then add the remaining mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples.
