Instructions

- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until combined.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
