  • 1 cup of brie cheese, chopped

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (for a touch of sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brie cheese, diced apple, walnuts, and rosemary; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the apple and brie filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the pan, drizzle honey over the chicken, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
