Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt; blend well.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and knife comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 30 minutes, then slice and serve warm or chilled.
