- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt; blend well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and knife comes out clean.
- Cool for 30 minutes, then slice and serve warm or chilled.
