- 8 count hot dogs
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup pickles (optional)
- Ketchup and mustard (for serving)
- Buns (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, making sure to cover it completely.
- Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot dogs and close the grill lid.
- Remove from the grill and place them in the buns.
- Top with onions, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
