Instructions
- Wash and slice zucchinis into half-inch rounds.
- Beat eggs in one bowl; mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another.
- Dip zucchini slices in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray with oil.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
