  • 2 medium-sized zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the zucchinis. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a knife or mandoline.
  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
