  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 small tortillas
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip shrimp in flour mixture, then egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Air fry shrimp at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.
