Instructions
- Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip shrimp in flour mixture, then egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Air fry shrimp at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.
- Assemble tacos with tortillas, cabbage, shrimp, sauce, and avocado.
