Now, for the secret sauce!
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of chipotle powder (or more for extra kick)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss shrimp in olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook shrimp for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, chipotle powder, and salt in a bowl for the secret sauce.
- Warm corn tortillas, then layer with cabbage, shrimp, avocado, and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
