- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 jalapenos (adjust based on your heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Make sure your jalapenos are fresh and vibrant.
- Cut the jalapenos in half and remove the seeds if you want a milder sauce.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapenos, lime juice, and garlic powder into a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add a pinch of salt or more lime juice if you prefer.
- Transfer your creamy jalapeno sauce to a serving bowl, and enjoy!
