  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  • Start by chopping the pepperoncini peppers into small pieces. If you're using jarred peppers, drain them first to avoid excess liquid.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pepperoncini, red onion, and parsley. Mix well.
  • Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • If you’re using honey, add it now to balance the flavors. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
