Instructions
- Start by chopping the pepperoncini peppers into small pieces. If you're using jarred peppers, drain them first to avoid excess liquid.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pepperoncini, red onion, and parsley. Mix well.
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- If you’re using honey, add it now to balance the flavors. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Let the relish sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
