Instructions
- Wash and dry zucchinis, then grate and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix grated zucchini, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls or patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

- Ensure to remove excess moisture from the zucchini for crispier bites.
- These can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
