A delicious Zucchini Dill Casserole that’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, combine zucchini, sautéed garlic, dill, heavy cream, and half the cheese; season and mix well.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer half the zucchini mixture and half the breadcrumbs; repeat and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
