Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash, hull, and halve strawberries, then toss with honey.
- Spread strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in half of the roasted strawberries and transfer to a serving bowl, topping with remaining strawberries.
- Garnish with olive oil and fresh herbs, then serve with crackers, pita chips, or veggies.
